> I hope this email finds you and your family in great health and enjoying your summer! I wanted to write and get your input. If you recall I called you about a year ago and told you about one of our companies Mimedx and how we were getting thrown out of the VA Hospitals for merely a lobbyist reason. You were kind enough to offer to investigate it but in the end the best Science wins or so you would hope. Sadly Christiana is just about to hear about the amazing healing that Mimedx can do. By the we our competition is about to file bankruptcy! Mimedx's technology was so dissruptive that at 1st no one believed it. Now you have a company growing from 40 employees to 400 in 2 years! They will hire another 75 by years end. But that is not the reason for my email.

> DemerX is the addiction company which should be the biggest deal Mellon Group will ever see. If you recall you know my brother and you must acknowledge there was an issue there. 10- 20 years later he has some crazy post in the GNP. Today he is all over the air ways with his bitcoin gig. This is a guy who lived in a hotel room smoking crack with hookers and who knows?

> So the purpose of this email is I am the Chairman of this company "DemerX". We are filing an IND in 30 days. We will be doing opiate patients August or September. I have seen the results in NEW Zealand and we are unblinding the results on tuesday. But I am telling you this molecule works! So I was thinking to myself his am how can Delaware benefit from this opportuniy. We are well funded through the phase 2. So my question is wouldn't it make sense for Delaware to some how get involved now just from an education standpoint? Georgia gets the benefit of Mimedx's Job hiring.(Thats 40 to 400 in 2 years) If you have any creative ideas how we can get DemerX to get started in Delaware I think this could be a great opportunity for Delaware! For numerous reasons which I don't want to bore you with. But I would hate to hand this possible opportunity of spawning a great company to another state because no one was paying attention. Now this is still very early in the game so this does not require action tomorrow but if you have any great ideas on who to start talking too over the next couple months I would be happy to listen. I will open up by offering to fly you down when we start dosing patients in ALABAMA and you can see the hopeful miracle that I have witnessed. I will close this email by saying I asked my friend Dr. Will Li to come and speak on behalf of the Helen Grahm Center in October at the Wilmington Club.. He heads the Angiogenisis Foundation. He in my opinion is amazing and is always on the cuuting edgeof medicine and if you think you might enjoy having lunch with him in October the day of his talk let me know. Happy to arrange that.
> All the best H
> PS Are you happy you signed up for a Lab Puppy or what? My guess is you are just coming in from walking the dog after H&N promised they would do everything!
