H: Hope this email finds you and your family well. I thought the attached would be of interest. Also, would it be possible for you to provide me and the CEO of Difusion Technologies an introduction to the investment group of the Frist family office regarding a potential investment in the company? Please advise. TJUH is one of the US top-tiered healthcare providers, which recently partnered with American Well to deploy a telehealth solution to better connect with patients and their families: http://www.hhnmag.com/display/HHN-news-article.dhtml?dcrPath=/templatedata/HF_Common/NewsArticle/data/HHN/Daily/2014/Jun/063014-klasko-weinstock-telehealth > > Another matter of interest, the AMA (American Medical Association) approved in June its list of guiding principles on Telehealth. These guidelines are pretty much in line with FSMB (Federal State of Medical Boards) guidelines issued last April (see AW internal memo attached). The requirement to have a “face to face” visit in person or via video to establish the parameters of a telehealth relationship is of particular relevance. These guidelines should help states draft upcoming Telehealth laws. In the case of some of our competitors such as Teladoc, over 90% of their Telehealth consultations are completed via phone or secured message, which the new guidelines clearly disapprove. Therefore, AW is in an excellent regulatory position as its Telehealth platform already covers most of the AMA and FSMB Telehealth requirements: http://www.healthcareitnews.com/news/telehealth-gets-big-boost-ama > > Should you want to further discuss any of these news please contact me. > > Best regards, > > Gonzalo > > -- > Gonzalo Rubio Paris > Mobile France: +33 6 10 93 46 72 > Mobile CHF: +41 7878 54544 > Skype: rubiopari
