Hi Dale! Hope you are enjoying the summer. We really loved the work you did for us. Everyone with whom we shared your design was impressed. We decided to go with the design that had the bathroom in front with pocket doors.

We spoke to Jun Bildan and showed him your drawings and he gave us an estimate that I cannot imagine anyone coming close to matching. He also said he can start demolition next week, which would be really great for us. He can do the work while we are at our lake house.

So, I hope you aren't disappointed in our rush to get it done (my catholic guilt has me always in fear of disappointing).

I am in town Tuesday before heading out on Wednesday morning. Any chance you can meet with us at our house on Tuesday at 2? We would really love it if you could spend some time advising Jun on a few aspects of the design, like how to handle the windows in the shower. I have a close friend, Betsy Walker, who is a decorator and is going to help oversee the project while we are gone and order the fixtures, etc. for us. I thought we could all meet on Tuesday at 2. Would that work for you?

Also, we would like you to look at the basement and do a drawing for a small bedroom and full bathroom.
