Dear Members of the Center for National Policy Board of Directors,

We have pinned down board dates, and hope that by providing the set of
dates far in advance, we can assist you in both coming in person to future
meetings, for those of you living in other parts of the country, and
setting aside the time.

I've also attached our official Board Minutes and our unofficial and
non-public board notes, for you to correct if you see anything missing or
that needs changing. The Minutes are potentially public documents and are
therefore short, the Notes are just for leadership to see so we make sure
to act on all things we have promised between meetings. Please send on any
corrections or changes to myself and Karishma Page, cc:ed.

The next set of board dates will be:
*Thursday, May 2, from 3:00-5:00*, immediately followed by a reception at
the home of Greg and Derry Craig to kick off the Truman Annual Conference,
which will continue May 3-5. On May 3, Madeleine Albright will be
keynoting the conference.

*Thursday, October 24, from 3:00-5:00 pm,* at which time we will be asking
for board approval of the budget for 2014

*Thursday, January 30, 2014, from 3:00-5:00 pm,* which will enable us to
look at the previous years' books and assess our fiscal status.

We may have occasional calls between these meetings, but these are the big
three.

Please let us know if you are already aware of a conflict - otherwise,
please save the dates, and we look forward to seeing you, particularly at
the May 2 board meeting/reception with Greg and Derry.
