Hi Guys,


There have been many talks over the past few days. All have
been good. I have suggested a quick start and would like it to be Monday. The reason is that one of the Judgment Debtors
is scheduled to receive a large money transfer on July 20th and if
we move quickly I believe I can get a levy on the bank account in Switzerland.


I will need to meet with my friends at the Switzerland Mission
House to the UN, travel to Geneva and work with the law firm I have ready to
help us in Geneva.


Bottom line is if we can get a couple hundred thousand
dollars as payment, which is around a quarter of the proposed amount, we would
have shot at a quick recovery of tens of millions. We should also discuss your
role and we can finalize that this week as well.
