Hi Professor Biden -

Professor Norton passed along your email to me through Professor Lagon
because I wanted to follow up on getting in touch with your friend at ECA.
I've been pursuing the PMF hard since graduating, I've had some interviews
and got very close to an offer at DRL at State recently but wasn't chosen.
I would still love to work at State and I think ECA could be a good fit for
me - I have a lot of experience in particular with education programs
abroad in Bulgaria (with the Peace Corps) in Syria (with a U.S. embassy
program) and in Lebanon.

I would love if your friend at ECA who we met during our visit to meet with
Secretary Kerry would have 20-30 minutes of free time that I could talk to
her about working with ECA. Or, if she is too busy, maybe she could
recommend someone else who I could invite for a coffee to talk more about
the Bureau.
