Dear Folks,

As you all know, our friend and colleague, Ross Harrison, is stepping down
as Professor in the Practice of International Affairs and Concentration
Chair for International Business. Earlier this year, Carol Lancaster
constituted a Search Committee consisting of Bob Cumby, Mark Lagon, and me
(as chair) to make a recommendation to the Dean for Ross's successor. After
reviewing the applications, the Committee has decided to invite four
candidates to Georgetown for on-campus interviews. The four candidates
are *Katherine
Gronberg, Staci Warden, Ross Connelly, *and *Barbara Matthews*. I am
attaching their CV's. I would also note that there are several other
candidates in the pool who are still under active consideration.

We would like to invite you to attend the job talks for each of the
candidates. The candidates have been asked to give a talk on their vision
for the Concentration. A lunch will be served at each talk. Please RSVP for
the talks as indicated below:
