The owner of the farm, an argentinean millionaire (one of his horses, Magnum, was the arabian horse champion for three years here in the US), is a big fan of the Mayor, particularly in the education reform side

As soon as I told him about the Mayor coming to Argentina he made all the arrangments to host him at his farm...
