Boss, I want to thank you again for recommending Secretary Lowery to us, and
encouraging her to come to Buenos Aires.

She did great at the conference, also at the press conference with many
newspapers in Buenos Aires, we even had her in a TV show where she talked
about the reforms in Delaware..

She had lunch with the other 6 ministers from different countries with Mayor
Macri, that I think she enjoyed.and she never ate more meat and drank more
Malbec wine in her life.


For us was a major achievement to have her there, so thank you very much for
making is possible. And I think she liked it too
