Smith Home Farm is a 759 acre development located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Upper
Marlboro, Maryland. The project is a planned mixed-use community that has preliminary
plan of subdivision approval for 3,648 residential units in a mix of product types,
as well as 170,000 square feet of commercial space.
