Hi everyone,

I have been going through the contract and I have several comments :


1) The annual retainer payment in the first contract was 250.000 usd instead of 180.000 usd. There is no reason to change this. Also, I think we should state the monthly rate here ( 20.833 Usd or 21.000 usd or 20.000 Usd) not the yearly.

2) In paragraph " Consideration / Term " I would also mention the incentive fee issue that we would agree upon for each specific project.

3) In the "Consulting Services", apart from helping with Amtrak (which is very important), I would also include specific projects where Transatlantic / Rosemont can be involved in advising them to win a specific contract. For example: Los Angeles, Houston or any other project that Amtrak might have right now in their pipe line. Another way to do is by requesting a list of the different opportunities that they see right now in the US market
