Great Eric, Thanks. It is going to be very helpful for us to have that information for the meeting. That is something very relevant for them. Since the meeting with Sacyr is scheduled at 11 am east, we won´t be able to join or weekly conf call. Perhaps we could re- schedule it for Wednesday at the same time. Let us know if that works for you guys Best Abel Navarro Homet Transatlantic Energy Group Managing Partner C/ Juan de Mena, 19-1 dcha 28014, Madrid, Spain Teléfono: +34 91 781 31 60- Fax: +34 91 429 56 20 Móvil: +34 607 706 609 e-mail: abel@transatlanticeg.com<mailto:abel@transatlanticeg.com> De: Eric Schwerin [mailto:eschwerin@rosemontseneca.com] Enviado el: lunes, 20 de junio de 2011 16:49 Para: Abel Navarro Homet CC: Lorenzo Roccia; Hunter Biden (hbiden@rosemontseneca.com); Pio Mortera Nales; Alessandro Zanelli; Michael Muldoon Asunto: Re: Sacyr Meeting Abel- Let's see if we can't find out the answers to these questions before your meeting tomorrow. I don't believe accreditation is necessary to be a contractor. While contractors for government agencies need to register with the General Services Administration in the U.S. to do business with the government, that is not required for Amtrak since it is not a government agency. Let's see what we can find out and get back to you. Best, Eric Eric D. At what cost? It seems that all these issues are barriers for entry into the UK market, thus the Sacyr group are concerned about how this questions should be addressed for the US market Are you guys available to discuss this issues today?, it is very important for all of us to be ready for this in the meeting.
