Since the meeting with Sacyr is scheduled at 11 am east, we won´t be able to join or weekly conf call. Perhaps we could re- schedule it for Wednesday at the same time. Let us know if that works for you guys

Abel-

Let's see if we can't find out the answers to these questions before your meeting tomorrow. I don't believe accreditation is necessary to be a contractor. While contractors for government agencies need to register with the General Services Administration in the U.S. to do business with the government, that is not required for Amtrak since it is not a government agency.

Let's see what we can find out and get back to you.
