Guys, Hunter and I just came from having lunch with Virginia. Went great. We raised the contract expiration/extension and Virginia said that she thought it had already been extended and that she had already approved it with Jesus. Wasn't a second of hesitation. I told her that I'd send her a copy of the old contract and a new draft contract for her to look at so that we could just be sure to have it all in proper order on paper. Still may be a little negotiation on how we handle the $250,000/yr. vs. monthly, but I don't anticipate a problem. She is very happy with all of us. Best, Eric Eric D.
