It was very nice seeing you again in Las Vegas at the Salt Conference.
As discussed and with some delay ,please find enclosed a generic 2 pager on SG's Call option linked to a basket of hedge funds
The proposed arrangement would be for SG to offer such type of Call option to some of your selected sophisticated investors with yourself acting as Investment Advisor thereby selecting the hedge funds and charging fee in this capacity.
