I agree w/ Chuck. I traded emails w/ Kirk yesterday and today and I think this is actually a positive step... This is their way of moving the ball down the field.

I don't feel that way at all. I believe that its the start of a process and one that will essentially take some time. With that said, the wording of the letter about it being sold "outright" is their assurances to themselves that they can produce to others stating a position of not selling.

Besides, I remind each of you what Liz Shuler shared with me during our initial conversation.

I am out of town and won't be back until Thursday.
