Hi guys,

I had a good meeting with Harlan Ullman regarding the ACU Group
opportunity. Take a look at the attached brief and financial model.

Basically Harlan, Sen Hagel, General Jim Jones, Ambassador Pickering and
Susan Eisenhower have partnered up to pursue this venture and have made
progress in securing the attention of the Russian government to negotiate a
deal over the next 3-6 months.

They may want our collective help (with Ticonderoga) to find the right
capital and structure the deal. The real opportunity is to be the fiduciary
of the funds that will be paid in by Japan, Taiwan and South Korea: $45B.
The ACU group is planning to make their money by taking points off of that
sum. Also $6-8B of theses funds will flow back to the US to fund
remediation efforts, and create energy/infrastructure jobs, which JK has
expressed an interest in.
