We are in DC next Wednesday afternoon and Thursday AM then US
Open that afternoon. Can we meet up on Wednesday? We got a 2.5 million
investor and our guarantor last week and escrow is open and herding the
cats. Jim and I met with Beau and suggested an idea for investment as we
discussed. Want to update you on that. Any chance of reaching out to
Bernstein? We have had some emails back and forth but need to pin
him/them down. Can you reach out to Juan (you introduced us to him at
your office) and just let him know we are going to send him some info.
Now is also the time we need to get Marcou and Rause and Norton in if
they are interested. We got our Bank commitment to match our PPM so we
are now taking in money. We have to settle with in 30 days or so.

Also have a meeting to set up with you and Mike Long (ex chair
Brown Brothers) friend of Jim's, investing in Alt energy deals and
funds.


Also Mt. Vernon Capital as well. They are the ones that founded
No Greater Sacrifice "NGS" Event we went to in DC the other week. Great
guys and you should meet them.


Last but not least I sent over some info about needing some
Lobbying Advisement Services that were needed in DC for African
Agriculture company. Thought of you first.
