I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to pass along a few details about potential housing that myself and others have found during our research. I think it would add to the experience if we could obtain housing in the same location. The girls would be able to hang out in between and after games. Hotels are not the route to take when doing this event. The most cost effective thing to do is to rent condos, townhouses, etc. There are a ton of websites that assist with the rental process and from my early research, there are 2 and 3 bedroom condos/townhouses available for under $100/night.

If cost does become a problem, there are possibilities of obtaining condos/townhouses that could hold two families, if there is anyone that would like to do that as well. These condos/townhouses will also allow us to minimize food costs as you can utilize the kitchens to prepare meals for the girls. In the past, we have also done team meals as a group, which also helped to minimize food costs.

All of these condos/townhouses are located within 5-10 mins of Disney as well.

I also would advice looking into travel down to Orlando. If any families are going to fly, purchasing tickets early is always best (as I am sure you all know).

I will continue to do more research, but I would like to have a place picked in within the next week to ensure availability as well.
