Hadn't realized all of this until I got Maria's email. Just background in case you discuss tomorrow.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake became Mayor about a year ago after the former Mayor Sheila Dixon was removed from office. Mayor R-B was City Council Chair before hand.

Mayor R-B is running for first full term. Primary election is Sept. 2011 and she is currently favored to win but running against a number of credible candidates. She supported O'Malley when he ran for Mayor and O'Malley is backing her now.

Maria Tildon's Husband is Mayor R-B's Campaign Treasurer. He is a senior official at United Way Maryland.
