Good morning,

I just spoke with Diane, the rental agent for Windsor Hills and Windsor
Palms properties.
There is another group ready and waiting with all of their information to
book at the Windsor Hills.
Even though I blocked off rooms yesterday morning with them, Diane is
telling me that there are
9 rooms remaining at the Windsor Hills and they have to be booked by 5:30
TONIGHT, or these
rooms will be released to the other team. She said she would answer her
phone until 8 pm tonight for our group, since she gave us such a short
deadline. Diane is going to email me today and let me know if she can get a
few
more rooms at the Windsor Palms, which is 1 mile away. I apologize about
the short notice but
many hotels/condos operate this way when there is direct competition and
when large group blocks
are involved.
Please call Diane, at 407-574-5254 before 5:30 tonight to book your room.
Also, when booking, please reference "Classics Basketball Team." or my
name, since I have been in
direct contact with Diane.
