Hey guys!

I think I mentioned to you that my new business partner - who helped produce the Camp Freddy Rock Show - and I are scheduled to do several very high profile events in Charlotte during the DNC next Summer.

To that end, we have "locked down" a large venue - that includes many choice clubs - for all the events we are going to produce. What I am trying to figure out is who the point person is for "venue allocation" in Charlotte for the Host Committee/DNC? This would be the person who has actually signed contracts with the majority of the venues, clubs, hotels, etc and "locked down" those respective venues on behalf of the DNC. It should be noted that the venue we are looking to produce all of our events in is NOT currently under any "lock down" contract. However, my attitude is that we should be talking to this person and trying to build a good relationship in coordination with their other venue production teams. Given the extremely high end talent that we have already signed papers with, I would think that they would want to do this as well.
