This is a kind reminder of the upcoming end of year barbeque. Please remind your junior about the barbeque on Wednesday June 8th in the Sledge Garden (good weather) or the Wannan Gym (bad weather), and please bring the items you already signed up.


In addition we need 4 more chaperones, and 4 more people to bring cupcakes.

Subject: SFS 11th Grade Email #56 -- End of Year Barbeque


Dear parents,

Sidwell Friends School is supporting an 11th grade end of the year barbeque for the students after the last final exam on Wednesday June 8th. The English Exam is in the morning and the barbeque will be in the Sledge Garden (good weather) or the Wannan Gym (bad weather) immediately following the exam.

Please volunteer to assist with chaperoning, or to donate paper products, drinks or cupcakes and decorations, food is catered from Rocklands and covered by the PA committee. Please drop donations in the Upper School Office with a label for the 11th grade event (there are similar events same day for the other classes).
