Arlene,
Thank you very much for your help in arranging today's meeting with Greg
Floyd. By all accounts, it was a very interesting, productive and
enjoyable meeting. In addition to John and I, Greg met with Izzy, Mike
Gelband and two senior risk managers. Beyond their shared Brooklyn
background, He and Izzy had a surprising amount in common and clearly
hit it off. I think Greg came away from today's visit with a good sense
of not just Millennium's business but a confidence in those who manage
it. Going forward, if you have any suggestions as to how best to
further develop the relationship, we would be very grateful. Thank you
