Currently, the two meeting I may potentially have in NYC is with Morgan Stanley and Cais funds. Cais is a platform that works with groups like Macquarie Bank, Montgomery Securities, Jeffries, etc. who aren't big enough to have their own platform like a UBS or Citi Bank. I have recommended both of them to you and suggested that Jamil contact them. I don't know the current status of the relationship with Cais. I will contact both groups today to see if they would like to meet you in person.
While you are in DC, I'd like you to spend some time with Mike Mathis and Chuck Harple, two very good friends of the firm who have great relationships in the pension space.

Our dinners are very informal. We don't have handouts or give any type of presentation. It's more to get to know the other guests and to take business cards and follow-up at a later point. Hunter typically picks a topic (something like the problems of underfunding in the US pension community) and then opens up the discussion to the others around the table. Hunter may also tell a funny political story or two.
During the cocktail hour, Hunter or I will make sure to introduce you to the people you will want to meet who aren't sitting near you. I expect we may have a meeting for you prior to the dinner also. The dinner will take place at the Ritz and we have blocked out rooms at our corporate rate. If you are going to be in NY on the same trip, we may also have one or two meeting for you there.
