Subject: BG tax accounting bill

Hey Eric,

When we met with Rick regarding the final, final for the BG tax issues he mentioned the bill to me. I guess they are being sent to you guys? I understand it is about $7,500 in total. I believe a lot of that had to do with working with Arthur Bell, etc. and given the positive end result and the number of years that were involved I think it was well worth it. Do you think we can pay over 2 months? Want to each add ¼ of it to this months and next months BG payments so we can wrap it up in the next two months (or should we just pay our ¼ each directly to Rick out of our own accounts). Thoughts?
