Just to confirm - the HNTB Team is planning to meet at Amtrak's Union Station at 4pm EDT at the Center Café. I have included a map of the station (thank you Maureen) below that shows the Center Café just inside the station from the Massachusetts Avenue NW entrance on the street level.

Ken Graham is flying in from Detroit and is scheduled to arrive DCA at roughly 3:30pm. I have let Ken's Executive Assistant, Maureen, know that the team will wait at the café until 4:20pm for Ken. Should Ken be delayed and arrive at Union Station after 4:20pm - he will head directly to the reception.
