I have been asked by a friend at The Association of Mortgage Investors (AMI)
to assist in setting up a meeting with the AG's staff in Delaware in
connection with the ongoing multi-state mortgage and foreclosure
investigation.

Do you have a contact person in Beau's office that I can reach out to
request a meeting.


BACKGROUND:

AMI represents a investors in the U.S. mortgage market, who along side with
their partners from the state pension funds, retirement systems, and life
insurance industry (e.g., the Knights of Columbus), work on long-term,
effective solutions to the nation's mortgage and foreclosure issues.

AMI has worked with several state Attorneys General and the U.S. Department
of Justice, including briefing the Hon. Tom Miller (IA), Rob McKenna (WA),
Doug Gansler (MD), George Jepson (CT) and others.
