in various events and projects that can make a difference in the Baltimore region.
Friday, November 4th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm
at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel
401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201
We will come together with Baltimore friends to plan an act of kindness that you
can complete, or pledge to complete on Giving Tuesday - November 29th.
No action is too big or too small.
We will be inspired by hearing Dr. Daniel J. Siegel discuss "mindsight" - a term
coined by him to describe our human capacity to perceive the mind of self and others
- which allows us to develop stronger relationships and increased interconnectedness.

Dr. Siegel's unique ability to make complicated scientific concepts accessible and
exciting has led him to be invited to address such notables as Pope John Paul II,
His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and Google University. When he is not traveling the
globe, he is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine,
founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA and Executive
Director of the Mindsight Institute.
Please forward this invitation to people all over the Baltimore region.
