Kathleen agreed to the draft sent to her by Hunter today, with a small typo change: In paragraph 16(i) the reference was changed from subparagraph (f), to subparagraph (g).

Attached is the final pdf signed by Kathleen. We handwrote “AGREED TO LEAVE BLANK” for Hunter’s statement, so the document did not look incomplete there. Please have Hunter initial the handwriting, as Kathleen did.

I am sending by messenger four signed originals. Once Hunter has also signed, please return two to us.
