Do you know Howard Feinglass previously with Odyssey who is now with a group called Priam Capital? Apparently a HNW guy who has a real estate investment background. From my googling it seems to check out. He's partners with a good friend of Hunter's and mine, Andrew Goldman. Andrew thought he might be interested in RR.

They are also looking for investors in a bank Priam is buying in Baltimore. I don't think they need a lot of investors from what Andrew tells me but I think it'd be worth your while to meet Andrew in NYC one day before the holidays and hear him out on the bank deal (sounds legit) and also develop the relationship a little to go to Howard with real estate. Let's discuss. Could all be BS but want your take on it.
