Devon- Per our discussion, wanted to connect you with Andrew Goldman. As I mentioned, Andrew is partners with Howard Feinglass at Priam Capital. They are currently working on a takeover of First Mariner Bank (this is all covered by an NDA I signed for us on behalf of RSP) and might have the possibility for some co-invest. At the same time, Andrew thought that Howard might be interested in hearing about Rosemont Realty as he has some real estate interests dating from his days at Odyssey.
