RE: 2011 DAGA Winter Policy Conference

DAGA will return to the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne for the 2011
Winter Policy Conference on January 28 – 29, 2011. We invite you to join us
for two days of lively discussion of timely topics in one of the country’s
most beautiful venues in the Florida Keys. We hope that you will join us

We expect an excellent turnout for this conference! Last year we hosted 14
Attorneys General and over 125 of DAGA members for this two-day event.
Please join attorneys General Dustin McDaniel (AR), Beau Biden (DE), Tom
Miller (IA), Buddy Caldwell (LA), Doug Gansler (MD), Martha Coakley (MA),
Jim Hood (MS), Chris Koster (MO), Steve Bullock (MT), Roy Cooper (NC), John
Kroger (OR), Bill Sorrell (VT) and many other Attorneys General for DAGA’s
first event of the year.

2010 Winter Policy Conference Room Block by January 7, 2011. We have blocked
a limited number of rooms for our guests at a special rate of $250.00 per
night plus tax and fees on January 28-30. _We cannot guarantee this rate or
room availability if our block sells out or if you do not reserve your room
before January 7, 2011._

The Ritz Carlton requires a deposit for your first night’s stay and a credit
card number when you reserve your room. As always, you are responsible
making your reservation and for hotel costs. In the event you need to
cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you
cancel any later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be
responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax.

* A discussion group profiling NAAG President Attorney General Roy
Cooper’s Presidential Initiative, Fighting Financial Fraud
* A panel highlighting corporate citizenship
* A timely presentation from the Ballot Initiative Strategy Center
* And a discussion roundtable identifying the various efforts of the
technology industry to prevent fraud

briefing the week before the conference, which will include a list of
Attorneys General attending and final agenda for the conference.

Dress for the conference is business casual to resort casual. South Florida
enjoys warm weather even in late January with highs in the mid-70s and lows
in the upper 50s.
