Hi Hunter, You asked if there were other hospitals that we might need help with. There was one in Michigan for $3mm, but they apparently discovered the issue on their own, based on the last Medicare Cost Report filing. I asked our associate and he has others. There is another consultant he works with that has identified a large potential recovery for Cedars-Sinai in LA. He has tried to get in with no success. He believes, per the exchange below, that the potential could be in the tens of millions (although it's prospective, not retroactive). If you think you might have any way to facilitate a deal with Cedars-Sinai, this is obviously even larger than Sutter, though the payout would come as the fillings happen over the next couple of years. The comp would be the same--25% of the consultant's take if he gets the deal. We need to paper this with the new consultant, but before we do, maybe you can do a quick check to see if you have any avenues in there or if Doug Boxer might. Thanks, Gus OK, thanks. Gus/Ken- FYI below. Fred: Cedars-The impact Is about $18mil a year- could be multiple years, and is prospective only. Spoke to California contact. Without disclosing issue, they need to know the dollar impact of the issue, if it is retro and or prospective. They would only have an interest if the value was significant. Thanks, Fred
