Good afternoon Hunter just giving you update deck is framed and decking boards are going on . Will need you to leave second check of second payment of $3050.00 for me to pick up tomorrow . If you will not be there you can leave under mat at front door in a plastic bag . We will be done by the weekend .If you need to make last payments in two payments that will be fine. I think the next payment according to the payment schedule I sent you, you wouldn't need to make next payment until Dec. 17th and then 30 days after that. Angie and I hope you all enjoy the deck and hope to work with you on other projects.
