The beginning of the ceremony is building the fire, covering the lodge and preparing
the site. Bring ample water to drink or a water bottle that you can refill here,

Integrative Breathing is a potent, safe, and natural healing process using breath
expansion and awareness to invite physical, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation.
It is a process that teaches and guides us toward our essential capacity to experience
life as pregnant with possibility, a rebirth into life and love.
In the Potential of Breath Workshop, the history of breathwork will illuminate breathwork's
place in the great spiritual and yogic traditions.In the exploration of healthy
breath we will look into the physical workings of the breath and learn practices
to optimize expansive breathing. We will then learn the elements of Integrative
Breathing, a powerful form of breathing that opens us to non-ordinary states of
consciousness that fosters rapid physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual healing
and transformation. Participants will then engage in a guided breathwork session
facilitated and supported by an experienced team of breathwork practitioners. Following
the breathwork session, we will have the opportunity to share thoughts, feelings
and questions arising from our experience together.

The most joyful class in the Inspiration curriculum, Love and Tantra is a beautiful
journey for committed couples who want to co-create more consciousness, love, and
tantric energy in their relationships. The class includes working with communication,
releasing projections, understanding partnering, tantric meditations and sexual
practices, ritual celebrations, and relationship as a spiritual path.

The Intensive is a week-long program intended to maximize one's capacity for presence,
as well as impart the central teachings needed to begin a Breathwork Practitioner
Apprenticeship with clinical training. Yet, many people who do not intend to become
Breathworkers participate in this training for their own growth and to support their
capacity to bring more consciousness, presence, and transformation to their relationships
and work.

The Spiritual Apprenticeship, also known as the one year class, is designed to apply
and integrate the powerful non-ordinary states of consciousness experienced in "Awakening"
into everyday life. This encourages a bridge between the essential self and each
action of daily life. Participants begin to align their movements, choices, and
communications with an orientation to True Self.
Class Explorations and Themes:

* Accessing Energy and Fundamental Frequency of Life -participants learn to experience
the heightened states of awakening, love, and breath for extended periods
* Right Action in Daily Life - participants learn to trust the movement of awakening
in all their actions and connect with their original life purpose
* Shadow and Core Wound Work
* Staying Awake -participants develop the strength and self-sufficiency to practice
in each moment.
Format: Each of the twelve months includes one eight-hour growth day and one evening
study group. There are also two overnight retreats and a three-day Vision Quest
throughout the year.

the season. The themes and performances are new each year, yet the spirit of fellowship,
love, celebration, and ritual always permeates the gathering. The ceremony of Lights
