Thanks for sending through the proposal. We have had a discussion among the Rank execs and feel that the best way to proceed is for Graeme and Hunter to meet during the early part of the New Year. This will help flesh out what would be a new type of relationship for both parties.

Graeme tends to operate on short lead times and so can be difficult to pin down, I am sure Hunter is the same. So can I broadly suggest a meeting in the latter part of Jan or early February? New York or Chicago would be preferable.
