The only thing I would add is that the Barbour thing is serious. He has the ability to peel off moderate to conservative unions (eg. the Trades) because he has historically been one of the Republicans who supported Project Labor Agreements and Davis Bacon and advocated for them in the Bush White House.

With the chatter about Messina leaving, I encourage you to call McGarvey sooner than later. Faith will be lost more so because Messina has great legs with Labor world. Also, Messina's dad is a retired Teamster.

I will see all the Building Trades tonight. So it will be the perfect scenario - if you touch base with Sean - that there is hope.

On another note - please don't share!!!! Governor Barbour is coming in next week. He is meeting with people. We need to worry about this overall.

I included Mathis in case he has any thoughts.
