Few quick comments. 1) I assume these changes were never made but just in case - the bank account numbers are still all screwed up. 2) Still refers to “debt” owed to Kathleen’s parents 3) On life insurance, you definitely should add in a stipulation that Hunter can go out an get another $3,000,000 policy to replace this one. The premiums skyrocket in year 15 and he shouldn’t be held to this specific policy as long as Kathleen is the beneficiary of at least $3,000,000 in life insurance. Eric D. I have tracked changes from the last draft I sent, understanding that we had not received a response from Hunter to those prior edits; I hope that is not too confusing. I have formatted the alimony section based on the proposals, but left blanks for numbers, as there was still some dispute. My hope would be that over the next few days we can agree on as much language as possible, so we are truly dealing with just the few blanks in our next session of mediation. >> >> In that regard, I am free Monday March 6 or Tuesday March 7.
