Notes:
1) You still need to amend 2014 return which should show an additional $200,000 in taxes owed but IRS is not yet currently aware of this nor asking for it.

2) There is an outstanding bill for approx. $100,000 due to George Mesires’ firm that is mostly business related not personal but still debt that will have to come off the top at some point. This is mostly related to the Subpoena related to Devon’s case but also some on BHR.
