Hey team,

It's not looking good today. I have had 8-10 who have said no and zero players saying yes. It looks as if we will have to forfeit our final winter league game.

Best,
Sofia T

Hello,

Thank you all for responding so quickly! With the number of players and the coach out of town, we will have to forfeit the game on Sunday. I hope everyone has a nice weekend and I look forward to seeing you at our last game the week after!

Best wishes,
Sofia

Hi all,

This weekend is President's Day weekend and several players and my father (coach Darren) have already indicated that they will be unable to attend the game on Sunday. If we hear from enough players and a fill-in coach in the next 24 hours we will keep the game on the schedule, if not we will forfeit.

Thanks!

Best,
Sofia

Thanks to all of you who have courteously responded with your availability (some of you still have not, which is a bit of a disappointment especially to your volunteer coaches who would just as soon watch the Cowboys / Packers game). I am excited to get the girls off on the first step towards the spring outdoor season. We are very close on numbers, so please make every effort to make it to the game today. We will begin warm-ups 20 minutes before game time.

See you there,

Darren

Team, I just checked with Sofia. First, the good news - we have our goalies for the game. Next, the troubling news - we only have two field players indicating "yes". Last, the confusing news - we have not heard from many of you. Please help your teammates out by responding.

Thank you,

Darren

Regarding Indoor Lacrosse Tomorrow, I am forwarding the email below on behalf of my daughter (she is temporary off the grid and cannot send herself)

We are trying to get a headcount for the game this Sunday. Please let me know your availability. Last week, we heard from many but not all of you and it helps us tremendously when we receive responses, both yes and no, from each of you.

Thank you and I am sure you can appreciate the need to accurately assess attendance.

Yours,

Sofia

Please respond directly to Sofia with your availability as she will be keeping the list:

Hi All,

We have out first Winter League lacrosse game tomorrow at 5:00 pm! We know this weekend is tough with exams, so we need numbers on how many girls will be able to make the game tomorrow. Please respond with whether or not you will be playing before tomorrow morning, as the league requires that we give advanced notice if we are going to forfeit.

Thanks!

Best,
Sofia '17 and Finnegan '17

Morning All,
Here is the link to get registered for winter league. Sidwell has already reserved a spot and there should be an option when you sign up to select/mention that.
