Hunter and I had a good lunch with Chafe. Bottom line, if RR can dedicate a portion of the money raised to retrofitting (amount doesn't need to be specified) and we listed Chafe's group as working in partnership with RR on this, they would help raise money from Taft-Hartley's from RR for a fee and help in the marketing of the retrofitting for the pitch deck.
