Attached is the draft agreement with Kathleen's proposed edits- you will see them in redline if you read from a lap top (cannot see if you read on your phone).

Also attached is my draft mediation statement. This is for the mediator's eyes ONLY. It will not be shared with Kathleen or her counsel. It is used to give Meg some background into the case so she is up to spend tomorrow.

I have to send the mediation statement not later than 3:30 today. So please review and send back any comments you have ASAP.

Attached is a draft settlement agreement. Please note, I have made some comments in the margin for your consideration.

Let me say definitively that the attached is not meant to be a global settlement proposal. I have not addressed spousal support (and therefore could not include a child support figure). And as you and I discussed previously, we can spend the days between now and Tuesday, trying to hammer out agreement on the remaining issues. In large measure, the attached document was prepared to ensure that we have a good working document that we can edit appropriately as we develop a mutually agreed upon settlement.
