We got lucky he was passing through and we were ready, so it's all good.

Rob, Matt and I will be together all day on Monday, so we should be in good shape by the end of next week.

The marketing and operations side of the business is in good shape and we can fully handle that.

The 2 things we need input on is structure of the entity and seed capital.

Let's have a conversation on those 2 points before the end of the year for sure.
