They had a good call this morning. Michael Huerta said that he thought 4Tell's product was better than any other software solutions they have seen and they not only want to use it for the Rosemont Realty analysis but offer it to other potential clients. For this type of strategic relationship under our agreement with 4Tell we are supposed to receive 8% of sales.

They are preparing a joint presentation to Mahoney for tomorrow.
