FYI, while you are kicking it up in the windy city, Gabriel and I are meeting on Wednesday evening at some Euro Bar that he likes to hang out in to discuss the Argentina trip. I am already picking out my outfit to make sure I don't embarrass him.

Let me know your thoughts on planning if you have any before hand. But my thoughts for now:

1) Go back and meet with a number of the funds/HNW investors we met with the first time around so you can pitch real estate (Devon, you have those names in the matrix). In addition, some of the political figures who also come from wealthy backgrounds, i.e., Diego Santilli (of the family that owns River Plate) or Esteban Bullrich who has a good network of younger entrepreneurs would be useful to follow up with as well.
2) Ask Gabriel to think of additional potential real estate investors to meet with.
3) Ask Pancho Cabrera to set up some additional meetings to discuss real estate.
4) Spend time with Manzano and his team talking about Real Estate and Project Sun opportunities on our end and whatever investment opportunities they have on their end. May involve going to Mendoza for a day or two which seems doable if as Devon suggests we leave on Sunday night.

Ideally, we can get info on real estate down to them before hand. I also wonder whether it makes sense to translate into Spanish?

I assume the primary push is for real estate but there will be some meetings where it would be appropriate to pitch RR and Project Sun.

Let me know if I am at all off track - happy to set this up any way that makes sense - just want to be cognizant that we need to balance Manzano's interests who is paying for part of this and our own.
