Hunter - thanks for your note. I've been involved in this process indirectly, so I'll check with the team leading this and get back to you. Hope you're doing well too. Dan >>> Hunter Biden <hbiden@rosemontseneca.com> 12/13/2010 6:03 PM >>> Dan- Hope all is well. I know it is always a busy time of the year - hope you are getting some time off over the holidays. Had a question and wanted to see if you could help point me in the right direction. We work closely with Guardian Realty, a real estate fund/developer in the mid-Atlantic region, and they have recently met with the top officials at the National Labor College about developing the campus and the land around the campus in partnership with the NLC. They have a very impressive proposal and their idea is of course to do it in a way that would create union jobs. While they met with the President of the NLC and Marshall Wolff of Zuckerman Spaeder who I understand represents the NLC and the AFL-CIO on this, they got the indication that the decision making will be done at the AFL-CIO and not at NLC. We'd like to be able to talk to someone at the AFL-CIO who would be involved in the future planning for the campus. Any thoughts on who in your organization might be the right person to follow up with about this? Let me know. I appreciate your help. Best, Hunter -- R.
