FYI.....let's discuss this week at some point.

Devon, would the money raised go to retrofitting current buildings in the RR portfolio or the new ones that RR acquires? Makes a difference on which T-H funds are targeted. I think it would be good to start developing the list of target TH Funds along with Chafe and Jeff. If there is a list of the portfolio RR is looking to acquire with the new funds that would be equally useful, but clearly the play is to be able to say there is an office building in Portland and that will be retrofitted and then go to Rome Aloise of the Teamsters Western Region fund (largest TH fund in the country) and ask him to invest in RR (as an example - instead may be the Carpenters, Laborers, etc.).

It really was great to see you both. As a quick update, I spoke with two of our advisors who are leading experts in retrofit portfolio strategies. I outlined your opportunity in broad strokes and the response was very positive.

If you approve, I would share your doc with them and begin to sketch out a project proposal.

We welcome the chance to meet Devon. I am in town through the 16th and will check with Chris on his availability. Is there a day/time that works best for you?

Great to see you guys yesterday for lunch. Glad you are making so much progress.


Per our conversation, wanted to attach the latest Rosemont Realty deck. It is a little long, but I wanted to send you the longer version. Ultimately, as we discussed it would be great to add material in about the retrofitting we intend to do and get to a point where we could talk about how we are collaborating with you on the effort.


Take a look at the attached and let us know your thoughts. Ultimately, it would be ideal to get together to follow up when Devon is available, ideally in person or at least in the interim by phone if we can't find time for an in person meeting before the holidays.
