Hi guys,

I am not sure if you are following this trend, but these "group buy" sites
are hot, Groupon (http://www.groupon.com/) just rejected a $6B takeover bid
from google (that takes balls).

I mentioned http://livingsocial.com/about to you guys last Spring - anyhow
they are in DC and their CEO is a Georgetown alum (Tim O'Shaughnessy -
another handsome mick)

Anyhow - these guys have built a company from nothing to at least $4B is the
last couple of years.

We should befriend them on a few fronts:

- sell them to Greg Penner's group who loves this space esp in China
- represent this concept to the management of government benefits and
services: we can take it to the states, USG, etc. (deploy on Kiosks with
NCR)
- they will soon be billionaires that live down the street, so we should
know them so we can ask them for money
- coupons for cool stuff
