Sarah,

Thank you for your work yesterday in mediation. Though it was an exhausting day, I think we made progress. We are prepared to continue working toward a negotiated settlement. In that regard, would you confirm that our discovery responses are indefinitely on hold? I believe they would have otherwise been due today.

I am attaching a revised draft MSA based on the direction of the proposals yesterday. I have tracked changes from the last draft I sent, understanding that we had not received a response from Hunter to those prior edits; I hope that is not too confusing. I have formatted the alimony section based on the proposals, but left blanks for numbers, as there was still some dispute. My hope would be that over the next few days we can agree on as much language as possible, so we are truly dealing with just the few blanks in our next session of mediation.

In that regard, I am free Monday March 6 or Tuesday March 7. I can move things around to be free Wednesday March 8 if that is the only date that works for others. Would you let me know what works for you and then we can see what works for Meg as well?
