FYI, I am going to go up to NYC in a couple of weeks and have coffee with Sam. I think he thinks he is the sort of "Head of All Things International" for RR. I am not going to get overly involved, but I do want to dial him back a little so that he doesn't feel like he is directing everything or need to be in everything. Particularly want to do this before the China trip as I am afraid he's going to feel like he needs to direct the schedule/meetings/who says what/protocol, etc. Again, don't want to be overly involved, but he'll take my "advice" and it will make for a better relationship.
